At White Sands Counseling Center our goal is to create a warm and welcome environment that helps you overcome any challenges that life may bring. By listening to your needs, we work together to help you find ways to cope with problems and decrease your stress and anxiety. If you are feeling stuck it can help to have a skilled Therapist to get “un-stuck”. You are not alone, and it is common for people to deal with depression, anxiety and grief at some point in their lives. Our Licensed Therapist has over 17 years of counseling experience working with adults and specializing in children and adolescents. Also, we have a Certified Life Coach if you want to push forward and have action-oriented goals right now. Our Coach is easy to talk with and qualified to help with issues related to family, relationships, career, education and more. We have a little of everything that will fit your situation. Our experiences bring a lot to the table and we're excited to be a part of your wellness plans!
White Sands Counseling Center, LLC was founded in 2018. Our company is compiled of innovative ideas from both new and old perspectives. Our goal is to create a full-scale program that covers everything from a little motivational support to sorting out major emotional challenges by giving you the tools and coping skills you need for a positive and healthy outcome. We want our clients to leave us feeling satisfied with the care and attention they are given at White Sands Counseling Center.
