Danette is a Licensed Therapist and a Qualified Supervisor. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Louisiana at Lafayette, majoring in Psychology and minoring in Sociology. She then completed her Master of Social Work Degree from Florida State University. Danette has had multiple Social Work/ Clinical rolls in the past 16 years including LCSW, Therapist, and Program Coordinator for outpatient clinics, private clinics and Independent Living Assisted facilities. Danette overseas the clinical practices, intern education, and patient care. Danette is a kind and spirited individual and the staple of White Sands Counseling. 

Joseph is our Business Manager. He is also our first Life Coach! He has over 25 years in the healthcare industry, working in surgery in several roles including coordinating for a busy Orthopedics/Spine practice and his last role as a Davinci Robot Technician. Joseph is a cheerful individual that loves helping our customers anyway he can. He is an extremely creative and innovative individual. He always finds a way to get tasks done, no matter how large or small. He is a wonderful part of our team and is a pleasant presence for our clients.
